Listen, I am the epitome of picky and these keychains are so so nice!! I am always disappointed with quality when I order from Etsy…NOT THIS TIME! These are perfect! Classy! Good looking item. Conveys quality. Not a typical band merch option, but definitely makes an impression. One-sided branding only (back is smooth metal like the rim). Logo has a slightly gritty texture to the touch but doesn't rub off. Black inlay is smooth. Keychain is lightweight but doesn't feel cheap. Metal really catches the light and is easy to spot at a distance. Solid promotional item. Seller provided proofs quickly with three logo sizing recommendations. For the size, a large / bold logo presents better than a more modest logo IMO.

The laser etching on the black slate stone makes the artwork really pop. I like that I had three size options for my company logo. I sent an email and a logo to this shop telling them what I wanted. My first time buying a custom print like this. They did exactly as they said (send a logo and we'll place it on a usb stick) but, if they would have read the email they would've known that I was expecting something very different than what I got. If they would've communicated with me, I would've sent them a different logo to ensure I got what I expected. The product itself was good quality, but the custom print was not what I expected and it looked kind of bad on the coasters that I ordered from them. Just wish they would've read my email so that they would've understood what my expectation was and maybe helped me achieve it.
